Extrem islam vår tids onda kommunism
Efter det stora talet om kriget mot terrorn som president Bush höll i Ronald Reagan-byggnaden den 5 oktober kunde man kanske förväntat sig ett eller annat instämmande i det retoriska mästerstycket från demokratiska stater och statsmän, men inte - i Sverige endast pinsamma mästrande fördömanden i media.
Min känsla av presidentens ensamma kamp, han har knappt halva USA med sig och hela Europa emot sig med undantag av lilla Danmark och nya Polen, är ett dèja vu av Churchill i mitten av 1930-talet, några är innan själva helvetet brakade löst, då han stod helt allena som en gammaltestamentlig profet.
Eftersom ingen annan citerar ur talet skall jag göra det:

And in spite of this veneer of religious rhetoric, most of the victims claimed by the militants are fellow Muslims. ”
